I liked that my dog could stay at this property. We had a double room on the second floor. As soon as the elevator doors opened it smelt so pungent of urine, and beef ramen. We found pubic hairs in our bathroom. And we could see pet stains on the carpet in our room. The free breakfast was more of a snack bar. One warm item only. It was mostly quiet. Didn’t hear our neighbors to much except the day we were leaving.

Great hotel, highly recommend
The staff was very friendly when we checked in. We ended up using the exercise room, my husband used the Peloton Bike and I used the treadmill. Both pieces of equipment were in excellent shape. Our room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was grab and go, very simple. The room had a good fridge and microwave as well as a Keurig for a fresh cup of coffee. If we need to stay in the Reno/Sparks area again we will definitely stay here.

Room decent. Should have been told at check about the kitchen under construction. Frozen burritos and frozen jimmy dean bk sandwich couldn’t be had due to the microwave being broken. I chose this restaurant over others because it was advertised as brkfast avail. We left with zero food. Should have been refunded part of room rate of over $200.00.

Room was excellent, layout, bathroom size was good and everything was modern. However, the breakfast facility was horrible. Selection was less than average. Hot water and tea was in the lobby and not at the breakfast room. The breakfast room was dark , dingy and cold. Very disappointed there…

Child staff?
When I arrived for check in I was literally by the shuttle driver and two children. Reception staff were doing who knows what. The young girl was answering the phone and putting people on hold. Shuttle driver was wondering around unable to locate reception staff. It was a very unprofessional situation for the hotel
