The heat/air was so loud and then just shut off and it remained too warm in the room. The beds were so uncomfortable and one was so loud and squeaky anytime you rolled over.

It’s inexpensive for a reason.

This hotel is in pretty rough shape. When we got there and checked in, we were told that the door handle was broken…so we either had to jiggle it or pull up to open the door. Then, when we got into the room, the rug was damp. Also, the security latch on the door had been ripped off. The beds were hard and the heater had a weird smell, when turned on. Between lack of security and an uncomfortable night, we decided to check out early. When we did so, the front desk clerk didn’t even ask why we were leaving. Overall, a terrible experience.

One night stay for a ski trip in Mt Rose. It is convenient location for such trip. Hotel is nice and very friendly. Only issue I got is that there is only right turn if exit and you have to travel more than 1 mile even I just want to drive to next door.

The room was absolutely clean! But the toilet seat was scrubbed so well that the paint had worn off. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a great variety of healthy and unhealthy food. The shuttle driver was friendly.

Hotel room carpet has blood/koolaid stains all over, no black out curtains, loud fridge, poor insulation (can hear anll my neighbors and elevator has etched graffiti all over it. Super sketchy hotel, should’ve packed a knife for under my pillow. On the upside-the front desk dude was quick and nice.
