Easy to get in and out of nice parking. We stayed at this property at at least two times a year for the last few years, seems to be going down a little bit. Our security door bolt on the inside of the door was broken and the deadbolt that latch seem like it was barely touching. It could’ve been jammed with a screwdriver probably got right into the room I took pictures and showed the person at the front desk and he said I could change rooms tomorrow, which was out of the question at the time, I think next time we’re gonna stay somewhere else seems like the breakfast is always the same exact stuff. Thank you very much. You ask. I told you it wasn’t terrible though and it was reasonable.

1) Staff was very responsive. ~ 2) Inn signage needs to be added to. The driveway is NOT clearly marked FOR A DRIVER! (Easy for only a passenger to see.) Suggest adding a small 7 - 10 feet sign AT YOUR DRIVEWAY so that clients don't miss it (we did - as did our pick-up) or come upon it suddenly (ditto). ~ 3) Breakfast was fantastic -- EVERY TIME! ☺️👍 ~ 4) Shuttle was parked at front entrance during much of our stay. Tacky and makes it difficult for customers who may need it. They should not have to maneuver around it or drop off their handicapped resident elsewhere. 😣 ~ 5) Woman who cleaned dinning room used the same rag for ALL of the tables, the ledges, AND the equipment she wiped down!!! 🤢 All this does is transfer any germs from table/surface to table/surface. (It was gross.) Suggest a bucket with warm soapy water (with several dry towels to dry things off) OR Clorox-type wipes (so as to NOT distribute germs). ~ 6) TV in room 221 was TOO DARK to watch. Called front desk (after looking for a button to adjust it) and was told it was the television. Please REPAIR OR REPLACE IT. 🤔 ~ 7) Toilets are so low that I doubt they are the required 15-17 inches required by ADA standards. Getting off and on them was a TREMENDOUS struggle -- so much so that I was relieved to get home and use my own. ~ 8) For some reason all of the fire doors were always open (near the elevators). In case of a fire? 😞 === FInally? All in all, a good inn and the changes made can only make it better.

It was clean enough. Everything just seemed kinda old and our door did not lock. The deadbolt did not lock and we asked it to be fixed and it was not fixed while we were there.

Our room was nice, the help was kind, the lobby and elevator areas were needing attention as far as cleanliness and attractiveness go. These are high traffic areas but could use a daily cleaning (or multiple cleanings), things felt grungy. It made me nervous about the room but it turned out great!

We appreciated the lack of a "slot machine" environment and the kindness of the staff. Definitely a stop during our next Reno trip. Very convenient to airport and their shuttle staff were both excellent. Made us feel welcome, even as we were taken to airport for our departure.

The first room smelled horrible of cigarettes and after asking to be moved. I had to go downstairs to handle everything. Then the next room the A/C made absolutely horrible noise all night and the neighbors above must have had 100 dogs.
