The room was very clean and well maintained.. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The only small problem is the parking. If your vehicle is over 6' 5" you have to park in the lot that is about a1/4 mile away. It is not secure and kind of sketchy looking. There is an abandoned vehicle in the lot that has been stripped. And, it cost $20 to park there. Not good! We were also double booked for some reason. Its a nice motel with a couple of quirks.

The room was great. Check in was slow for the people in front is us, which delayed our check in.The breakfast food was expensive and not worth the money. There was a $7.99 breakfast at a nearby casino.

The location is average in terms of proximity to casinos - it makes for a quick uber/lyft ride. Make sure to verify the room you're booking - the pictures may not be accurate to what you want. We were in a 'large suite' that had a King and a sofa bed. The sofa bed is awful unless you have little children. The pillows were worn down. There is no complimentary coffee, and during my stay, there was no complimentary breakfast. The rooms aren't awful or bad, just ok, and the staff was like that too.

Staff was good. Unknown nightly charge for parking. People staying in other rooms very noisy and inconsiderate of other guests during normal nighttime sleeping hours. Also some one staying in a room with a dog that barked a few times in the middle of the night. Will not be staying at this establishment again

The parking was so easy! Check in was great, and the room was perfectly clean and quiet. We've been coming to Reno for surgeries/check ups at the ROC. We've stayed at a few casino hotels, but we will definitely come back to you.
