This is our 3rd time staying at this lodging and the experience stays no change: comfortable and convenient. The full kitchen really goes a long way, though there are ample of dining options in the area, but being able to have our own fresh cook dinner at the end of the day is priceless; this is our home away from home. We will definitely return no doubts.

The room and facilities were clean with a nice pet area. My only issue was with the pet fee. I made a reservation (including a dog) and paid for the (non-refundable) room which stated it included All taxes and fees. However, when I checked in I was told I owed another $34 for a pet fee. Why was this information not provided upon booking? In addition, the lobby has a 'pets welcome' sign which does not mention an additional fee. Seems like bait and switch pricing.

I was disappointed that this was a motel - none of the pictures showed doors to outside. For safety reasons I would have never book if I had know. The place was very clean and the room was fine, but the bar was closed due to lack of customers. (Yet we we customers so who knows!?). Coffee maker was disgusting and no coffee offered in room. For those reasons I would stay somewhere else because there are numerous hotels in the area in the same price points with more amenities.

The room was extremely clean and the property was very quiet. The room was SO cute with a modern but also retro vibe, and very comfortable beds and pillows. It’s located right across the street from the mall, and also has stores like Barnes & Noble and Hobby Lobby conveniently close. This is a great hotel choice if you want to stay somewhere quieter in Reno and I would definitely stay there again!

Large mall with several restaurants nearby, hotel has an affiliated diner. Excellent food, service, and pricing for the area. Bit far from main casinos, Peppermill and Atlantis are a short drive. Room lighting is abysmal- needs some pot lights or higher wattage lamps. Good parking, area feels safe. Traffic noise can be loud, between a main thoroughfare and a freeway.

Property is on the edge of seedy area. When checking in the manager of restaurant next to hotel was explaining to hotel staff why he had to lock off some areas because of theft and people relieving themselves on side of building, nice!
