Alicia was such a delight!!! And she helped me with every extra detail! The other 2 girls upfront were also amazing! The room was spotless & the bed was the best bed ever!!! When coming back to Reno I plan on staying here everytime & have told everyone about it!!!! Thank you!!!

The hotel location was great! The room was clean and modern, the staff were friendly and hospitable. The bath products were a good quality, and we were given enough of them. The towels and linens were clean and fresh. We could hear the television in the next room. During the night, the air conditioner was making a very loud noise and the only way to get it to stop was to turn it off.

The staff wasn't very friendly. They said nothing about there being decent coffee in the lobby in the morning. It's a clean bed and shower for the night. Convenient to Meadowwood Mall which had plenty of restaurants to choose from. Freeway accessible.
