This place is newly renovated and was pretty clean and well kept. There were a few minor issues that kept this review from being a 5 star, but in no way were a big deal to me. Overall, very happy with the Aiden and will likely book here again on my next trip to Reno.

Nice room. I started out with a double bed Plans got Changed. And they put me in a single bed Huge bed super comfortable Slept in for once past 6 am.

I should have left when I needed to be buzzed in just to be able to check in. The mattress was so worn out that I sunk to the middle. There was so much lighting that in came in from under the door, whichhad gaps. I slept in my clothes because the linens were so thin.

Duped by the pet fee. $33 a night for a two pound chihuahua. Front desk staff said “yeah our policy is weird, you only pay the pet fee for the first two nights”. Homeless people were staking out vehicles. Loud music all night. Uncomfortable bed. I didn’t expect much for the price but felt taken advantage of when their pet policy wasn’t stated in their website or Expedia’s.
