Manager was unprofessional. Became insulted when we told him his room was not worth renting. After he spent 10 minutes explaining why he deserved a deposit come to find out his room was so filthy unkept unclaimed and the entire building was unmaintained to the point that things were falling apart doors were falling off of hinges. Manager lied and was rude to my husband due to the fact that he's a smoker. If I could give this hotel a lower rating I would! And maybe cheap but it is not nice of any of the pictures.

Unacceptable!

The man who checked us in was very curt to the point of rudeness. I needed to use the restroom by the office. When I walked in, it reeked of urine! Each stall was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. (Days) Our room was interesting. The middle of the floor was damaged and sunken to the point that the dresser drawer and nightstand drawer on opposite sides of the room, would not stay closed. The bed was springy. When one of us moved, the other one got shook and woke up. The heater was impossible to control. When we finally got heat out of it, it wouldn’t cycle on & off! Just blew constant hot air. The pizza restaurant was superb! It was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious! We will not return to spend the night!

Checked in after midnight & had to wait about 20 minutes for the clerk to show up. He did not explain that there was a heat pump & a radiator in the room & we were supposed to use the radiator for heat. Room was cold all night. When we checked out the older gentleman behind the desk was very rude in explaining to us that we were supposed to use the radiator for heat not the heat pump. Room wasn’t very clean

Older gentleman at front desk that checked us in was very short with us. The mattress did not have a mattress topper so you could feel the springs in the mattress. After walking around barefoot last night & this morning, got in the shower & my feet were black from a dirty floor.
