I would NEVER stay here again! The loud noise from each of the pieces of equipment in the rooms was absolutely untenable and completely unbearable. The shower had virtually ZERO water pressure. The phone did not work in the room so I was unable to reach the front desk to share my concerns. I would like to have my room rate refunded but they said only Expedia could do so and suggested I speak with you. Help, please!

The room had beds. No coffee maker, no cups, absolutely nothing else. The blinds wouldnt close down. The drapes wouldnt go down and the front desk said there was a "button or switch" to push but she wasnt sure where it was or "if" they actually had one because she was a new employee. I would never stay at this estsblishment again. They advertise like they have great amenities but then there is nothing but a bed in a room. Not so much as a cup to get a drink of water.

We were traveling across country and stopped here for a couple days. Our room was nice, clean and bed comfortable. They had laundry facilities that I used and were good. The thing we did not like was the breakfast area, 1 high top table with 4 chairs only. And 1 short long table with no chairs. She said we could sit outside put it was cold out. No hot breakfast just cold items. No lobby furniture to set in either .

I had made reservations for a standard 2 queen bed room. When I checked in I was told that I would get a standard studio room with one queen bed because they had overbooked and they didn't have anymore rooms. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told there was no manager available Since I booked through Expedia I had to go to them for rate adjustment. Will not recommend this place

Parking was nearly full when we arrived at 4:30 in the afternoon - must have been very full. Room was clean, air conditioning worked well, and there was a lot of space and full refrigerator. Was disappointed with the continental breakfast - very few selections and no juice available. I'm guessing because this is an "Extended Stay" hotel they expect that you will be cooking your own meals. In the early morning I was awakened when it sounded like people running around in the 2nd floor. Staff was courteous and helpful.

This hotel property is not the lowest cost option in the Reno-Sparks area but it is far from the highest cost. If you want good value, this is the place, as long as you (1) are NOT looking for "frills" that some casino hotels offer in the area, or (2) a "plush" and/or decorative room. I "get" that you and/or your significant other may want such "frills," but ESA offers a high-quality lodging experience in terms of (1) utility...always clean, spacious room, multiple sleeping arrangements (i.e., beds), fully operational "kitchen" with a "quality" microwave, a cooktop, a full-size refrigerator and freezer, and adequate room for 2 people to work remotely part-time or full-time, if they need to; (2) an acceptable "continental breakfast" to get anyone started in the morning, including if you are going to start your day with exercise. Sure, you can a more full breakfast at other hotel chains, but do you want to trade that for an otherwise sub-par lodging experience, and/or do you want to keep getting fatter? Choices on your part... (3) Additionally, the staff here is very friendly and accommodating, as well as the Management. I've stayed here several times over the last year, adding to close to 30 days. Always pleasant, accommodating and reasonable (...don't think you can make unreasonable requests...and they should not grant them!)
