I picked the Hyatt Place Reno Tahoe International airport hotel with the shuttle and it made reservations for Hyatt Place South Reno, without a shuttle. It messed my whole trip up because I was away from my grieving family!

Location is great!

The hotel was clean and quiet with lots of dining within walking distance as well with shopping. Awesome location! Only complaint was the mattress was awful for such a new hotel it was like a burrito bed. As if they took old beds to a new location. But it was clean and again the location was in a new and safe area.

This is a late review as we stay here a lot in the winter. Please turn down the heat in the hallways! It’s sooo hot! Unbearably hot. Even in the winter temps.
