When it comes to comfort...
it would have been nice if it wasn't for the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in, & we had the choice of either of the 2 beds in our room. We couldn't find anywhere to lay down without feeling the springs throughout the entire mattress pressing right through the fabric into our skin. Therefore we wound up with circular marks & in some spots we even had bruises on our body's!

RECEPTIONIST WAS AWESOME
The receptionist exhilarated great customer service the first room that she gave me reeked of cigarettes smoke and I told her that I couldn’t breathe so she accommodated me and gave me another room immediately. Great customer service!!

I was there for the last Reno Air Show. And overall, it wasn't bad for a place to sleep and shower, etc. Just the basics were what I wanted. The only negative thing was the wifi. The rooms I had were in the back, the second building. And when I logged in, it worked ok for my phone. But, when I logged in with my laptop, it kept dropping me as if it were trying to constantly reconnect. I need high speed internet as I am shooting for a sports newswire service. I've stayed at other Motel 6's where high speed internet is available for an additional charge. Unfortunately, this location doesn't have it. Besides that, the staff was great, and very helpful in trying to resolve my issue.

I guess you get what you pay for but this place was horrible. They were non smoking rooms but the person in the room next to me was smoking and had a cat that made my room and out side of my room stink so bad. The area is horrible full of drug addicts and sketchy people.
