I had forgotten water in my vehicle and I needed some in the middle of the night for my babies bottle and they didn’t hesitate to have some sent over by room service. I appreciate how quickly they came. Very kind and polite.

The front desk employee, Danielle, demonstrated extremely poor customer service during my recent visit. We patiently waited in line while she engaged in conversation with another staff member. After several minutes, she abruptly signaled for us to approach, making it clear that our presence was an inconvenience to her. When we explained we were uncertain who would assist us, Danielle replied, "You're here now, right?" Frustrated by the interaction, we opted to use self-checkout instead. I hope Danielle has a better day ahead, as her service was far from satisfactory.

You will not be having a super high thread count bed, but there's a Keurif in your room! I love rhe oool, but this time around it wasnt warm and it looked to cloudy to appear clean. I still enjoyed the Jacuzzi and the balcony outside the pool area ro watch planes take off and land against the backdrop of snow covered mountains... Super relaxing.

We had two rooms. The room my son and his children were in the AC wasn't working. We called the front desk to be transferred to housekeeping and maintenance twice. No resolution. My 2 year old grandson was very sick and had a fever and the heat was not helping. I went in person to the front desk and nothing. The lady at the front desk was LESS than helpful. I asked for a supervisor or manager and never saw one in person. Finally got a different desk clerk who ran back and forth to the manager and she got them into a different room. I have NEVER had or seen this kind of service, especially when you are paying already high resort fees and taxes. Don't know that I will go back. The elevators were also having many mechanical issues and all guests waiting in long lines were complaining about that.

I love the huge pool, individual tub next to the pool. Good customer service. Don't like the small option for the arcade and the ice makers is not available all the time. The shower tab in our hotel room always get clog. Overall I give 4stars 👍.
