Bread crumbs on our bed, stains on the sheets, shower didn’t get hot, ordered room service and our food was soggy and cold. The mattress was comfortable. Check in took forever and the self check in kiosk was very glitchy.

Stayed here many times the downstairs looked nice and refreshed. The room was average bed not that comfortable, no shampoo, and heater did not work cranked the thermostat up to 90 and room never did warm up but, my son was already asleep so I didn’t want to change rooms just gave him my blanket and I dozed off and on the whole night.

Room was clean & pretty nice. We used the self serve kiosk for check in so didn't get much of the mountain view we reserved & paid for. Had a fire escape view with distant mountain view if you stood at windows & looked hard left. Walls are pretty thin too & we could hear the people next door & sirens throughout the night. Really wish you could do optional resort fee to for thise never using amenities & save the $50 a day.

As someone who lives in California, I didn't know that you're not allowed to check into a hotel if you're under 21 (for reference, I'm 20). I wish I got an alert or some notice that you had to be 21 to check into your room BEFORE booking months in advance. The front desk worker was inconsiderate and had complete lack of empathy for my situation and was just trying to push me aside. She gave me the number to Expedia and said that it wasn't her problem. I know it wasnt her fault that I wasn't allowed to check in but she could've told me and handled that way more professionally and couldve acted like an actual human being.
