We were sitting at a bar waiting for our dinner reservations close by, when all of the sudden, water started coming through the ceiling. Then it burst through like a firehose. Drenching the bar. I told a family member about it who has stayed there a lot and apparently this is an on going problem that no one is fixing

Peppermill is a beautiful property! Staff was welcoming on arrival. Casino was huge with tons of slots and several tables. Bimini steakhouse was fantastic. I usually walk away from a steak dinner dissatisfied compared to my own steaks. This place was an exception. My ribeye and wife's wagyu filet were phenomenal. Two complaints keep this a 3.5-star instrad of 5-star. Upon entering our room, it smelled of cigarettes and trash. Front desk did not show any concern. They sent cleaning staff with an air purifier and spray, stating it was cleaned already. On checkout, the girl did credit my resort fee and said since the room is above the casino, sometimessmoke does rise up into the rooms.. Better than nothing, but the staff the first night dropped the ball on this. 2nd, Chi restaurant, with the exception of the egg soup, was not good. The dumplings were doughy and tasted like they were pre-cooked and warmed up. The chicken with soft noodle was dry and the chicken was not edible. Despite these 2 complaints, the property is beautiful and clean.

Was passing through. I have stayed here before. They upgraded my room which was nice, to one with a steam bath shower which unfortunately I did not have time for. The property is very large, but on slower days of the week and late night time frames the dining options reduce significantly for restaurants. The resort fee is high at $45 but it is a resort with lots of amenities I typically do not use built would be great for a larger party with more diverse interests. Generally clean and staff is friendly. Food operations for the restaurants I have been in are generally well staffed and efficient when open. Some shopping and pools available. Lots of slots and a poker room…which is key to my experience. Poker room has self serve drinks and in general is a well run room.

We were amazed at everything the Peppermill had to offer. From food, entertainment, pool, slots, arcade. We highly recommend The Peppermill. We will be staying here again. We will be visiting again with our kids. They have something for everyone.
