Great experience

We had a view of the river and snowy mountain. Rooms are larger than typical hotel rooms. The 7th floor offers coffee etc, a speakeasy lounge on weekends, indoor pool and roof top sitting. I liked the location just off from the casinos and near the walking path of River. Felt safe too.

Location was great, free parking, amd the price was a value. Staff was nice. Property is in need of an update but it was nice enough for my family of four. Will probably pay the extra to stay at one of the nice places if ai ever venture back to Reno.

My default go-to in Reno

One of the best places to stay in Reno. It has always been clean and the room is really nice. The indoor pool is enjoyable. The staff is friendly and it is located near the river which is a nice walking trail.

Nice gem in Reno

This is an old property but with many amenities. They have an ice indoor pool, game room and a “speakeasy” that serves cocktails and snacks each evening. You get coupons for the drinks and snacks for free which is nice. The parking on site garage is also free.

Loved Plaza!

What a great stay! We were just staying one night to catch a flight. Friendly, clean, comfortable, easy to airport. We loved being at the river walk. We also loved a hotel with no gambling, no smoke.

Great hotel if you don't like casinos

The hotel is older but is very clean and very comfortable. We loved that they had an indoor pool and a good size refrigerator. It was a plus to have a microwave in the room. There is a pizzeria across the street that was good. I was pleasantly surprised that their coffee machine on the 7th floor was pretty good. Saved us from going to Starbucks.

Great Place to stay in Reno!

Great location beside the Truckee River and walking distance to many shops. Easy and secure/free parking. Furniture is dated looking, but it adds to the charm and all furniture is very functional (not often the case with more modern stuff). This will be our go to place to stay in Reno for the foreseeable future! Really friendly and helpful staff. Only criticism would be that the parking garage elevator could use some maintenance (lights on buttons not working).
