Hotel rooms are dated. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Room needs to be updated. Ok for me, but would not bring my family.

Initial contact with staff was good as i showed up early and rooms were not ready yet . He asked me to come back after 1pm and hed have a room for me without an additional charge. When i returned qt 145pm the woman at the desk was very indignant informing me of the additional charges for checking in early etc. I explained what the man had told me earlier. With a very indignant and negative attitude she said she had to find the man from earlier to verify my story. After about 5-10 minutes she returned and checked me in finally. If it werent for her indignant initial attitude it would have been an adequate stay.

Worst Experience ever
This is the worst’s hotel I have ever stayed. Bathrooms were dirty, toilets had stained lake they were not cleaned. Carpet was smelly and deteriorated, very dirty. No housekeeping for 3 days and when asked for housekeeping, it was never done.

The hotel area is a bad area but it’s close enough to restaurants. The toilet seat was broken and they fixed it next day, walking area my room floor smells weed and cigarettes.

I would never stay here again. The front desk had 2 agents at check in but the other would not check us in while she’s there not doing anything. She made us wait for the other agent to complete the family that was checking in before us and had her check us in. The hotel is very run down and lots of sketchy people hanging outside the hotel.

people were aggressive, there was tons of homeless running around, I had to get with security to find me a safe spot where to park. I will not recommend this property, staff was rude.

If you're thinking of bringing your family here, don't. It's not safe outside. Prostitutes right outside the front door (it's illegal in Washoe County) along with drug dealing. It's a smokeless hotel yet the entire floor smelled of marijuana smoke. The room location was unsafe and they wouldn't change it because I had used a towel I walked out and went to another hotel. No refund for that night either.
