Person at front desk was very kind. She had a long line of guests to deal with because they keep this place short-staffed. My room was clean. However, it is extremely dingy. A lot of Maintenance needs to be done. Air in the room was smelly due to air conditioner/heater having a crappy uncleaned filter. Toilet is constantly running and rust lines the inside of the toilet bowl. Faucet needs repair in the tub because it was constantly running hot water. The mattress was crappy and uncomfortable

I reserved a queen sized bed and instead got a full size. During my 3 night stay, we received no service. No fresh towels, no toilet paper, no coffee. Room had dust covered cobwebs coming from the ceiling. One thing that I liked is that it is a dog friendly place. What would make it even better is if you had a fenced off dog area they could go off leash. Overall, I am not likely to come back.

The property is nice the staff is nice but the casino area is a terrible place and the people that hang around outside the casino and on the property to their Ramada is Shady unsafe characteristic characters and give the place a terrible look other than with the inside and with the staff can do and for the good quality it does have to offer it's all about that casino and the people around in outside.
