The location was downtown with a lot of vagrant people walking about which made me very nervous. The staff was horrible and no towels in the room. The hotel has a terrible older it's old and ran down. I wouldn't recommend this property to anybody. It could also use some renovation updates.

Key card didn’t work. After 3 attempts back to reception desk they sent up someone to use master key. She said she bring a key later. As of 9am I still had no key. Place looked run down but room was nice. Couldn’t get wifi to work.

Staff seemed unconcerned with any problems we had and very dismissive area was very unsafe hallways filled with marijuana smoke. The people in the room next to us had a huge domestic violence fight at 3am

Our room was not cleaned after the first night there. I asked the maid for clean towels and if she would be cleaning the room. She replied “yes.”The desk clerk also called housekeeping services to request cleaning. It never happened! The toilet was very slow to flush and no fan in the bathroom. Parking was across the street at the corner not on the property. Looked in the coffee are for coffee Sunday morning and there was none. The ice machine on our floor was out of order as were the phones!
