This property was old and outdated. The toilet seats were probably 50-60 years old with worn marks and the shower has rust-like stains.

We were pretty disappointed with our stay at the Reno Suites. In town for the weekend for a bowling tournament and this was only a block away from the venue. Reno suites does not have parking onsite, they give you a pass to CalNeva parking which is a block away and there is no valet. The room only had two towels and we had to ask for more. Some of the outlets didn’t work, the TV is small, there is no fan in the bathroom, the water pressure was horrible in the shower, and there is no daily housekeeping (only every few days is what we were told at check in). The neighborhood is pretty run down, there was poop on the sidewalk, many unhoused folks and the nearest convenient store barely had anything on their shelves. Likely won’t stay here again.

We had an executive suite. Very nice room. Friendly staff, and it seems very safe the hotel has a security feature to prevent a stranger to access the building. Some of the common areas seem old and needed improvements. Parking is across the street in a parking garage. A little inconvenient but not a big deal. I would come again

Always the best rates, property is getting tired. The staff makes the difference. Be prepared to put down a nightly deposit. They were very helpful in moving me to another room for a different view, and for that I appreciate them.

My stay here was very comfortable, they had a person at the front desk ready to help eith my late check in and early check out. Even though parking wasnt on location it was a 5 minute walk and very easy to access. For the price i would definitely recommend staying here.

The room was clean and quiet, and I liked the black out curtains. The only issue was that I was unable to use the coffee pot or hair dryer because it would blow a fuse.
