Great addition to Reno's; however under staffed.
Wonderful remodeled rooms and property; very well done, kitchenette in Aspen Tower Rooms was cleverly done and added value. Also, I appreciated the art and art walk installations in the property and along 4th Street. Staff were professional and friendly. Unfortunately, the shower stall grout lines were moldy, despite the beautiful marble, and the management did nothing to address or midigate it, over the course of 2 days.

They have done a great job cleaning up the old Sands into this new J Resort. I stay here often and will again but this stay the bathroom was dirty and no soap. The housekeeper dropped the ball this day!

Vincent at the front desk was awesome, we had issues with our booking from expedia and he did everything he could to help us out. We came down to help my father with one last trip to Reno, as he has stage 4 cancer. He and my mother stopped by to see what the old Sands resort looks like now and they where impressed. We had dinner at Hannas and we were very disappointed in the young waitress as she chastised my father about his thoughts on the potatoe soup. Fortunately the young man that brought the food out went above and beyond his duties after hearing how she spoke to him, that was much appreciated by our whole family (6 of us). I dont know names and I do t wish to get anyone in trouble. Thanks J Resort, Scott and Cindy from Castle Rock Washington
