Wanted to love it

Wanted to love this hotel but couldn’t. Room was clean and lovely. Wanted to spend the day at their resort pool and it wasn’t a resort pool - first could find it as it’s outside and signage is terrible. It’s not a beautiful resort pool. And it was freezing cold and hot tub was luke warm. Ate at Hannah’s Table around 9pm and while food was good, the service with their many staffers wandering around was really slow.

The property was convent for shopping and there were plenty of choices for dining in the resort and in the surrounding area. There were plenty of things to do at the resort and within walking distance.

No room cleaning.

The room was decent. We had everything we needed but they wouldn’t clean the room after the second day and only gave us 1 roll of toilet paper. Not sure what that was about but other than that it was a pretty good stay.

Rooms unclean and covered in old dust

Checked in, went to the room which seemed nice and spacious! but then i found a dirty sock in the bathroom and noticed a layer of dust on everything in the room. Called to ask for a new room, had to go to the desk to change it and that room also very dirty, layer of dust on everything. upon check out and reporting this they really didn’t say anything, only credited the resort fee of $30. paid over 200 for a night. This is a health concern and truly disgusting. would not recommend.

the room was a good size clean and comfortable in a sense. It would have been enjoyable except there was a constant noise like a jet flying over every 45 seconds although it was out of a flight path by miles. Air conditioner was very noisy. Results were no sleep

If I had 1 complaint about the property is that the card tables closed at 130am and several people around me including myself want to still play. From talking with others, this forced them to take their business elsewhere. I don't think that was good for the overall business of the property.
