Great downtown stay
Great one night stay for the annual Santa Crawl. Very nice rooms, quiet and clean. Close walking distance to the downtown Row area and nightlife.

We had a very nice stay at the J. Property overall is in very good condition. Our room was wonderful. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff was great. I would recommend the hotel and stay there again myself. My only beef was the high "resort fee". I was told they cover: Parking - it's already free and included. Says so right on the website. Plus, I didn't have a car. Pool - closed on our stay. Airport shuttle - wasn't running for our stay. Internet - really, every hotel nowadays provides wifi. Gym - I didn't use it. If you're going to charge a "resort fee" include it in the price and stop annoying the guests.

I have stayed at this hotel a lot for work and its normally very Good. This time kinda sucked. The bed and pillows were oddly uncomfortable. The in room fridge was so loud. Just a bummer stay this time. I will go Back cause i like the property just a rough couple nights.

I was having a really good time at the J Resort, with great associates like Cheryl, I think her name was ? , but she as acting manager helped me numerous times, with amazing service. The girl during the day, when I checked in, helped me get my baggage upstairs to my room , and was super friendly and nice. Kevin, the maintenance/security who came into my room for the second time I had to call management/ maintenance for a screen door, that didn’t work properly. Ed, at the front desk was nice and treated me with respect and acknowledged by his actions, that the customer is always right, and the customer, renting these rooms, helps pay their wages and possibly a lot of their bills. But one customer service clerk at the front desk BRIS, was very combative with me. I asked to confirm that I had a 1:00 checkout on Sunday morning/early afternoon. Bris informed me as she was the only person available, unfortunately for me, because her attitude was sub par at best. She was rude, obnoxious, and made me, the Customer who is, by the way, help paying HER salary. She was in a cranky, combative mood, and she made me feel like she didn’t care about the other manager approved my 1:00 checkout on Sun morning. She said, oh No, you have to be out at Noon, because we have a very busy Sunday, and you have to leave at noon. I said, did you check the notes on the room stay of 4 nights, and the note on the 1:00 checkout time, she said checkout time is noon . “see you at noon”. Obnoxious and rude

NO HOTEL ROOM SAFE IN ROOM
First stay here. Rooms do NOT have a personal safe for property of yours. Screen door damaged leading to balcony. Otherwise, nice upgraded property.
