There was either construction going on or a very loud guest next to us. All through the night, something hard would slam against the wall. Sounded like they were installing baseboard or carpeting or running a vacuum into the wall. Was probably the worst stay we’ve had here. Slots were ok, and food was just ok as well. We got a burger which was standard and the fries were hard and cold. New restaurants in the casino were nice but I don’t think we will be back to the hotel. Half of the time the staff is fairly rude (one of the managers gives people dirty looks and treats people rudely & like they are riff raff when visiting the front desk, I’ve witnessed her do this on multiple times occasions

Good location, needs a deep cleaning.
The hotel room was nice with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and updated. We did notice the grounds of the hotel were pretty dirty. There was a definite lack of cleaning. You could see dirt all of the elevators, escalators, parking garage doors, etc. It is in desperate need of a serious cleaning. I don’t think the parking garage has ever been cleaned or painted. A side note is the Starbucks has closed.
