The 3 of the 4 elevators were not working. We advised staff. They said they hadn’t heard about it after 2 days. The wait times were 15-20 minutes to go up or down. Staff couldn’t care less about the inconvenience.

Everything was great except the fact that they only had like 2 elevators working and the wait time was 15-20 mins. There were lines everytime you wanted to get on an elevator and they were always packed. If the elevators aren’t going to be working, at least the stairs should be open for guest to use. That’s my only complain other than that it was a great experience.

Over all the stay was ok. But having a few big events in the area, the hotel/casino was packed and they have 5 elevators but were only allowing 2 of them to work. There was a 30+ min wait and a line to get to our 19th floor room. It was ridiculous!!! Not sure I'll go back next year.
