To begin with the pool was closed, which was the only reason I chose that particular hotel. When I was staying there at tile fell off of the sink onto my foot. I showed them at the front desk and even gave them a picture. I was never contacted, no apology nothing. I will never stay in one of those hotels again.

It wasn’t great

Hotel is outdated. There was no room cleaning during our stay. The keys never worked. Had to replace our keys everytime we left the hotel. Also pool was closed and that was very upsetting.

First time stay in Reno. Didn't realize it's across the street from Reno airport, not a pretty area. Hotel lobby decor is nice. Restaurant ok. Room is nice looking and clean but bare bones decor and qualify is just a smidge higher than Motel 6. Tub was slow to drain. Beds and pillows uncomfortable. Hallway noise sounds loud inside room. Towels wafer thin, but they do dry you. Front desk staff not helpful. Not worth the price but at same time it's Reno and it was labor day weekend. I'd rate it 2-Star OK
