My husband and I have stayed here several times before when in Reno, but I felt that the quality has gone down. Despite being a “non-smoking” hotel, our room smelled like cigarettes. Also, the restaurant off the lobby is now an Indian food restaurant, and we found the curry smell downstairs to be off-putting. They also seem to be sparsely staffed - when I tried to buy a cup of coffee downstairs in the morning, I could not find anyone in the vicinity of the restaurant for quite a while. Overall, it just seems like this hotel needs some upgrades to their property conditions, and to provide a better level of customer experience and service.

I walked into my room and was instantly overwhelmed by the stench of cigarette smoke. The windows had clearly been left open in a half-hearted attempt to “air it out,” but the smell was unbearable. When I asked for a different room, I was told there were no other pet-friendly rooms available—yet I had to pay extra fees for my dogs, who are far cleaner than the last guest. The odor gave me a pounding headache, and all of my belongings now reek of smoke. The fact that management would knowingly assign such a disgusting room, charge additional fees, and then refuse to offer a solution is nothing short of outrageous

The room was nice but the hallways need to be updated. The lady’s in the office are very rude and made it seem like we were bothering them. Let’s not talk about the security guard harassing us about if we were smoking! Keep in mind there was other tenants outside smoking and I was just having a drink outside our balcony, he kept flashing his flashlight at our faces after we told him it wasn’t us who was smoking. Then he left and 30 minutes later he did the same thing and after telling him to stop flashing our faces with the flashlight because my husband has seizures he didn’t care and kept going. I will NEVER spend a night at this place. Not worth the $900 I paid!!!!

Clean and lovely room and grounds. A little noisy with Harley's in town. Our room was facing the main road. Vroom, vroom. Better facilitiy than Harrahs in Lake Tahoe by far!

This is a very nice hotel for the price and very close to the airport. Lobby area has lots of seating. Our room was spacious, well lit, bathroom was clean, and bed was comfortable. Check-in clerk was friendly. The Indian restaurant “Lemon Lime” in the hotel was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is always our go-to when we have an early flight and need parking for our car while away. Clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. We tried the new Indian cuisine restaurant that's on-site and it was delicious.
