In Reno, NV ostentacious stays are the norm...The Victorian Inn is a respectable & business. A special shout out to Bonnie & Al who went more than above & beyond to accomodate my family's weekend stay. Last but not least, I'd like to take a moment to commend the owner, who ensures affordable rates for union workers, low income & elderly guests. In addition, job opportunities are extended to low income & elderly members of the community to increases their quality of life. I wish ALL the staff Happy Holidays & a Blessed New Year =)

Rock hard bed. Noisy. Run down. Stepped into the shower and the water ran muddy from the dirt on my feet. Luckily no signs of bugs but I got the vibe that this is a transient hotel. Required triple the room rate for a security departure. I'll pass on this one next time.
