We loved that the property was pet friendly. This was close to where my son’s family lives so it was convenient. Love that they had food and water bowls for our furry travel companion. They even had a tennis ball waiting for her.
While we appreciate the luxury of having a space for our pup, there were some areas the hotel can improve. The walls are pretty thin and I could hear the person next doors phone on vibrate. There is a significant gap from the door to the floor that kept our dog at attention until I placed a towel to block the 1 inch gap of light, shadows and smells for her.
The beds are not very comfortable at all which is surprising for a peppermill property. Every time you rolled over, it felt and sounded like the bed would collapse.
The coffee pods were restocked every day as were the towels. However, the cups, shampoo and conditioner were not. They also did not clean the room well. Not that we are super messy, but we were in town to build a play structure and came back to our room with gravel in our shoes. This was never swept up by them on the daily cleanings.
