Nice average priced hotel. Biggest disappointment is that the a/c didn't work properly. I can't sleep when I'm hot. Maintenence came to try and fix around 11pm. Worked for 10 minutes then started tripping again. Was just a 1 night stay so I sucked it up. Think the hotel needs updating.

I always forget that you can smoke in casinos…had a hard time breathing when checking in. Front desk was very helpful, though, even changed the room I was scheduled to get to give me a room closer to the the elevator as I have a really bad knee. That’s was an unexpected nice surprise. Quieter than I thought it would be, comfy bed, good sized TV -

Staff were amazing and helpful, comfortable rooms, good food in the cafe, nice interior, clean. I wish there was a better area for my dog to use the restroom other than rock or gravel. Also the outside looks a little old and outdated but the inside is super nice.

Be aware that this is about 10 miles away from the Peppermill Casino. We made that mistake. It has a casino but no gaming tables. Hotel was across the street and just average.

Little bit of luxury feeling.

Very nice room. Felt like a VIP suite. Clean and nicely accommodating. Staff was very friendly from Registration to housekeeping. Dining was good; multiple choices.
