Reno itself is a nasty place but the whitney peak hotel was nice and clean and very easy check in and out. Parking at the hotel is a joke however they want to charge for offsite parking when theres plenty of free parking at the other hotel/casinos.

I like that it is a pet friendly property and there is a great dog park nearby. I do not like that the parking is a bit of tricky. But the staffs are very helpful so it is not a problem.

Hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and clean.
The hotel facilities and staff were great. The hotel is beautiful, room was clean, and our requests were honored. Lobby and floors smelled great. The restaurant staff was very accomodating. Our only complaint was the sheets were stained. Looked like someone had just used them. Also the towels were yellow with age and bathrobes were scratchy.

The property was overbook due to improper inventory control, so we had to be sent to a different hotel about 15 mins away. We went informed of this until we arrived to the hotel and the hotel manager informed of the overbooking. She was very rude with her delivery
