Very clean. Helga is at your service and always anxious to help. Breakfast is great with mountain views and a variety of jams, buns, fruit, meats, cheese, yogurt, cereals and coffee! This is a great place if you like to walk and once you get to town you can take a little train to the next town or a cable car down to Bolzano if you want the city life. All for free with your guest pass. Enjoyed my stay using this as home base for 6 days as I explored the area on my bike.

We loved our stay at Haus Rottensteiner. The place is super cute and clean, the breakfast is good, and the service was excellent! I really recommend this place for your next vacation in the Dolomites. It is located around 1h by car from all the good Dolomites spots.

My friend and I had a splendid stay at Haus Rottensteiner. We were warmly welcomed by the host. The view from the room is absolutely fantastic. The breakfast was the highlight as there were amazing homemade jams, which you could chose to enjoy on the outside patio. Each morning, the host had laid the table in preparation for the guests and made your chosen warm drink. The rooms and bathroom were very clean. Would absolutely recommend staying here. Depending on what your itinerary is and if you plan on exploring further out than Bolzano, a pro tip would be to rent a car!

Expedia promises things about this property that aren’t true, so I was disappointed with my stay. Expedia states it has a spa with free breakfast and a sauna. My purpose for my stay was to hike the Dolomites and I was looking forward to the spa and sauna after a long day of hiking. When I asked the owner how to get to the sauna she said that it’s an additional charge (more than I was willing to spend) and would take 1.5 hours to get ready. The property was also over an hour from trailheads and I knew parking was limited. I didn’t get to enjoy any breakfasts because I needed to start my day before breakfast was offered. I kept feeling let down by the property.

Lors de notre arrivée vers 16 heures, nous avons eu la désagréable surprise d'apprendre qu'il y avait eu une erreur dans la gestion des chambres. Il ne restait plus qu'une chambre simple (alors que nous étions 2 adultes et que la réservation avait été faite 4 mois auparavant). La propriétaire a trouvé la solution d'ajouter un lit d'appoint (lit de camp) dans une chambre destinée à une seule personne, en modifiant l'organisation de la pièce. de ce fait il n'y avait plus ni confort, ni place suffisante pour se bouger et poser les bagages (valise posée sur la table ,table de chevet sous la table...). Compte-tenu de l'éloignement de Renon , et du peu de disponibilité d'hébergement dans ce secteur, nous n'avons pas eu d'autre choix que d'accepter ces conditions, pendant 3 nuitées. Nous avons toutefois payé le prix complet prévu lors de la réservation. On nous a simplement offert les taxes des séjours (soit une douzaine d'euros). Bref, une bien triste expérience dans un gasthaus qui ne mérite en rien ses 4 étoiles.

Pour la vue sur les montagnes et le cadre

Séjour de 3 nuits. Chambre typique de montagne avec mobilier en bois. Au calme et au grand air. Terrasse avec vue exceptionnelle sur les montagnes. Petit déjeuner sympa. Village de Soprabolzano accessible à pied en 15 min d’où on peut prendre le téléphérique pour descendre à Bolzano.

In paradiso

Tanto in alto e isolato che sembra un paradiso della calma e della tranquillità. Una struttura a conduzione familiare dove diventi parte della famiglia anche tu. Sistemazione in camere grandi, arredate in modo semplice e calde. Panorama mozzafiato, sia d'inverno che d'estate e spazi esterni vivibili soprattutto nella bella stagione. Colazione con prodotti locali e di qualità eccellente. Accoglienza supersimpatica della signora che gestisce la struttura. Ci ha fornito un sacco di consigli utili per vivere al meglio la nostra vacanza. Se cercate la semplicità e la tranquillità, questo è il posto giusto.

Vom absolut herzlichen und unkomplizierten Check-In angefangen haben wir uns jederzeit Willkommen und sehr gut beherbergt gefühlt. Super saubere Zimmer, eine kleine aber sehr frische Frühstücksauswahl mit selbstgemachten Säften. Eine ruhige Lage mit toller Aussicht vom Balkon ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß von der Seilbahn Oberbozen entfernt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen :-)
