Nós sequer conseguimos nos hospedar na Pousada Villa Acauã. Ao chegarmos no local (após uma longa viagem de São Bernardo do Campo-SP até lá), fomos informados pelo senhor Carlos, responsável pela pousada, que nossa reserva não estava no sistema dele. Como todos os quartos já haviam sido ocupados durante o feriado, não tivemos outra opção a não ser ir embora. A pousada parece ser realmente muito bonita e muito agradável (tanto que estava esgotada). Reservamos o quarto com 4 meses e 20 dias de antecedência (no dia 26 de junho de 2018) e estávamos realmente muito animados para passar o feriado do dia 15 de novembro lá, até porque é quando comemoramos nosso aniversário de namoro. Ressalto que consultei antes, durante e após a viagem minha página no Hoteis.com e sempre constou que a aludida reserva estava regular e confirmada. O senhor Carlos insistiu por diversas vezes que o Hoteis.com não o enviou qualquer e-mail sobre nós ou deu baixa no mapa de reserva da pousada (que, segundo ele, é um procedimento automático). Por esta razão, nosso quarto foi ocupado por uma reserva do Expedia com data posterior. Gostaríamos de esclarecimentos por parte do Hoteis.com, bem como da pousada, para entendermos o ocorrido. Obrigada.
