Reserva Nacional Rio de los Cipreses Vacation Packages

The restaurant staff were amazing specially Natalia. The only issue I had is that the last morning I didn’t have hot water and the roof was leaking a little drop. The rest was perfect.

I don’t understand the need to turn the hot water off during the day. For my remote work days if I didn’t shower before 8:30am it was cold. Many things advertised on both hotels.com and their website were not available.

Good

From start to finish — EXCELLENCE! The trip was so much better because of the location, the hospitality, and atmosphere this hotel provided!

Well located but the building has a very bad humidity problem. Mold all over the bathroom ceilings and the whole apartment never stopped smelling like mold no matter how much we aired it out. Also way smaller than the photos showed. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but this place clearly has some structural issues they need to get fixed.
