Excellent hotel! Staff was friendly and professional. Big rooms, super clean. We are a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) and we stayed for 2 nights. We had a great experience! The pool is fantastic, there is a big green outdoor area with playground for kids. We really enjoyed our time there! There is a big shopping centre in front of the hotel.

The hotel is OK. However, the breakfast (included) was awful and the service was terrible. I was in Resistencia for a family emergency and needed to relocate closer to a hospital. The hotel did not answer the phone when Expedia called to request a cancelation after I had stayed two nights (with four to go). Expedia later made contact with the hotel which flatly denied any refund. NEVER pay at the hotel if you have to stay there.

Hotel bonito/confortável mas totalmente inseguro!

Hotel muito bonito com quarto confortável, mas infelizmente tive uma experiência muito negativa neste hotel. Sofri um roubo no pátio do estacionamento durante minha estadia e, embora tenham me mostrado as câmeras de segurança do momento do roubo e ficado comprovado que o meu carro estava trancado e os assaltantes entraram de carro no pátio, pararam ao lado do meu carro, abriram e roubaram todas as malas, o hotel se ausentou de todas as responsabilidades. Após o ocorrido, não houve qualquer retorno ou acompanhamento por parte deles. É inaceitável pagar por um serviço que, entre outras coisas, deveria garantir segurança e tranquilidade a nós hóspedes , e não foi o que aconteceu. Fica meu alerta para que outros hóspedes tenham conhecimento da falta de responsabilidade e suporte diante de situações tão graves.
