Amazing stay! The hotel was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and the room was comfortable and well-designed. Great location and excellent service from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Very Clean and spacious. I had also had a procedure done at the virginia spine institute and was in alot of pain and moving slow. They graciously let us do a later check out so i wouldnt have to wait so long for our trains arrival!!

The room was fine but what was very annoying was the fact we now have to pay for parking, something has always been free as we have stayed at this specific hotel before. This is just a simple open lot, so it’s not like we had the benefit of underground parking with heat and added security. It was ridiculous to add an extra $15/day on top of the room rate per day, which we prepaid when we made the reservation. This was such a disappointment and it feels like another tactic to nickel and dime travelers.

This property failed in terms of customer service and how they lack empathy of customers. Not only did the front desk representative Tommy double charged my card, he was rude and it felt like he rushed me the entire time. The manager did not make my experience any better as I had to explain the situation multiple times in order to get it fixed. The beds in our room did not have a fitted sheet, and they told us they “ran out” of towels. I will never return to this specific location. 0/10.
