I have stayed here many, many times. It was my go to staycation place to stay just for a getaway. I enjoyed having friendly and familiar staff and love going to the restaurant there, which I do still go to. The fact I kept staying there after a specific incident says a lot. The last handful of times I have had to ask for a clean comforter because it smelled dirty. It just smelled like someone sweated on it etc. and nobody wants to sleep in that. I got a new comforter once, which didn’t fit the bed I had. I think a lot has been overlooked and gone downhill much more just because I enjoy visiting the restaurant staff and the beds are comfortable. Just buy the equivalent bed. Things are normally never stocked in the room regardless of if you bring your own shower products/soap. If you expect them to be there and don’t one time then you’re trying to doordash things to you. I still stop in to visit the bartenders and grab a bite, I just don’t stay the night. Also, disappointed the pool has never been cleaned/fixed and available for use. I looked forward to using it with my son but it didn’t look like sanitary to get into. Has a lot of potential and things that are being ignored which has steared me away from staying there.
