Great place to stay, lots to do in the hotel for both kids and adults. Well thought out rooms for ski/bike/hiking equipment. Staff were helpful and laid-back. Lots of choice for breakfast (although they did run out of butter).

The hotel itself has a great amount of facilities. The evening buffet was slightly disappointing. It felt like the staff workers were over worked! The drying room in the hotel room and free drinks was a great touch!

The staff were absolutely amazing — truly the best experience! Special shoutout to Ana Regina and Aucki (apologies if I’ve misspelled your names!) for going above and beyond to make us feel right at home. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, especially with our kids, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as advertised — everything exceeded our expectations both inside and out. From the family-friendly atmosphere to the comfortable, clean room, every detail was perfect. We can’t wait to come back!

I enjoyed my two nights here mainly oŵing to its location and the care given me throughout my stay by staff and particularly by the receptionist on duty when I arrived. He kept an eye on me (an old man with mobility limitations), told me where to buy gluten free crispbread, and made sure caught my train when I left. The hotel has extensive facilities for the active guest. The room was large and comfortable. The buffet mesks from breakfasf on were good with s fair choice including my need for gluten free food. The other highlight was enjoying the children on thd nursery slopes at the end of the hotel drive.

Frühstück nur in Ordnung, es gab keine heiße Schokolade. Parken kostet 15€ pro Tag, absolut übertrieben. Die Zimmer sind seltsam geschnitten, man kann vom Gang total in den Vorraum reinschauen. Auch sehr hellhörig, keine Klima, man muss mit offenem Fenster schlafen im sommer. Ich hatte mich sogar an der Duschhalterung verletzt. Wirklich nicht schön aufrechterhaltet. Überall steht “stay fancy”, “fancy” etc, dieses Hotel ist unfassbar weit von fancy entfernt.

-Kamers waren redelijk schoon. -Buffet avond eten was niks speciaals en vroegen ze veelste veel € voor. Veel was niet warm. - Kamers waren te warm, geen airco aanwezig. -Kamer was erg gehorig. Je kon je buren horen douchen & naar de WC gaan. -Automatisch ligt in de gang was verschrikkelijk vooral als je kleine kinderen hebt die bij je slapen.

An sich ein tolles Hotel mit Abstrichen an der Gastronomie. Unser Zimmer hatte eine top Aussicht auf die Zugspitze, im Zimmer ist genügend Platz um auch ein Fahrrad abzustellen (wurde an der Rezeption darauf hingewiesen und von vielen Gästen so genutzt). Schöner Pool. Das Dinner-Buffet war den Preis leider nicht wert (knapp 1h vor Schließung des Buffets sind die ersten Sachen ausgegangen und wurden nicht wieder nachgefüllt). Auch beim Frühstück sind ca. 1,5h vor Ende der Frühstückszeit die ersten Sachen ausgegangen und wurden länger nicht nachgefüllt (wir konnten nicht beliebig lange warten, da wir weiter reisen mussten). Fazit: Top Hotel, sehr zu empfehlen, Abends würden wir beim nächsten Mal auswärts essen gehen.

Wir hatten als Familie einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Hotel und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat für uns gepasst.(Reisezeit, Juni) Besonders hervorheben möchten wir vor allem die Sauna mit dem traumhaften Ausblick. Für Familien ist das Hotel sehr gut geeignet - der Pool darf zwar nur bis 18:00 Uhr mit Kindern benutzt werden. Dafür gibt es noch einen Kletter und Spielbereich. In dem Hotel sind Hunde erlaubt. Das Zimmer wird nur auf Verlangen gereinigt beziehungsweise Handtücher getauscht oder Müll geleert. Wir kommen wieder.

Das Hotel ist sehr kinder-/hundefreundlich, modern und ansprechend. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Der Pool, sowie die Duschen am Pool waren sehr sauber und ansprechend mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Zu erwähnen wäre, dass der Parkplatz 6 Eur pro Tag kostet. Weniger schön war der Checkin. Wir haben 45 Minuten gewartet, bis wir dran kamen. Das Ausfüllen der Formulare dauerte sehr lange. Leider ist kein Online-Chekin möglich. An der Rezeption war eine Person, der für den Checkin sowie Handtücherausgabe zuständig war. Sonst war das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
