Was more than good

Hasn’t been painted in years, walls are filthy, towels frayed, the man checking me in got mad at me because I couldn’t hear him because of the jack hammering in the next room. Balcony faces parking and garbage. No heat and it was 42 degrees outside. Great location, great great city but just a crappy place to stay.

Shower was not working. Water was not draining. Toilet seat was broken. Bed sheets and towels were dirty at check-in. Wood paneling on floor was damaged throughout the doorway. Property manager knew about these issues, however they did nothing about it until we complained further.
