They charge for service animals

They charged me for my service animal (dog). The person checking us in said that it didn't comply with their policy. When I challenged them on it (even proving proof that it did on the actual ADA website), they became extremely rude, condescending, and argumentative. I was instructed to escalate to the manager (which I have) but still no word from the manager several weeks later. $125 charge later and they are ignoring me. I stay at this hotel frequently and have never been questioned or charged for my service dog or been treated this horribly. Thankfully there are other hotels to choose from in the area.

It was an awesome room, very clean, comfortable beds all around awesome stay. My only problem was a lot of their USB. Chargers we're not working or broken and I did not have a wall plug. Other than that, the room was fantastic. I know it was probably just that room that the u s b chargers were not working on overall would definitely stay there again and plan to love staying at this hotel
