Going above and beyond !!!
We were very tired after a 13 hour drive from British Columbia and asked the front desk for a recommendation for a Pizza restaurant.She very kindly offered to order it for us, and let me know when it arrived at the reception desk. We were very happy that we did not have to go out and look for a restaurant. We are sure to stay at this hotel next time we are passing through Rexburg!!!

This was the 4th time we have stayed there. We were disappointed with the cleanest of our room. The floor was sandy and gritty. We asked the housekeeper if she would sweep it up...she did not do it. The night manager and myself swept the floor up. Also the toilet had mold in the bowl. Not happy with the house cleaning or the cleanliness of our room.
