Area is close to bus stops and walkable to city center. Close to shops and eateries. Staff very helpful with questions I had regarding transportation prior to arrival. No one at lobby. We were let in remotely. It was not explained that keys would be in the room. The woman at the Boba shop begrudgingly helped us. She had a sign not to ask her anything about the hotel, which I did not see 😁

The location is fantastic. Across the street from a major bus stop (Hop On Hop Off, Flybus and tours. Lots of stors and restaurants nearby. Convenient store nearby that serves coffee and other hot items. The room was OK but when I asked about the laundry facilities, I was told that there was only a washer and it would be close to $50 CAD to dona wash. The availability of a washer/dryer should be removed from the description.

The property is very centrally located but it was extremely run down and dirty. The mattress was terrible and the sheets were threadbare. The walls were dirty in the bathroom and had chipped paint on windows and walls.

Located on Laugavegur/Snorrabraut, which can be noisy, but also within walking distance from city center and 50m from shuttle stop. Small 24/7 store close by. Note that hotel reception if unmanned so you need ring the bell when arriving. Hotel has no proper lobby, but can store your loggage until your room is ready.

We stayed two nights at 100 Iceland Hotel. Everything was clean, staff was friendly, and we loved the location! We had a room with two twin beds and unfortunately they were very uncomfortable. We could feel every spring and would not return due to this issue. I would not give the hotel the 3 1/2 star rating assigned to it.

Thumbs up for 100 hotel

Overall hotel very good. First night terrible due to horrible mattress. I asked receptionist about it and she swapped by room and all was very good. Definitely recommend.
