We stayed here for one night, on a Saturday. Our room was on the 4th floor and faced west, towards the (non) setting sun. When we walked into the room it was uncomfortably warm. The heaters were not on, it was the greenhouse effect of a wall of windows facing the sun all day, even though the drapes were all pulled closed. We could open two windows slightly to let a bit of cooler air in, but had to keep the drapes completely closed, and cover the mirror with a towel because it was reflecting the sun into the room. This hotel is on a pretty busy street, with a bus route, and at least on a Saturday people were down on the street talking and shouting late into the night. Street cleaners must have cleaned every inch of the roadway during the night as the noise went on for a long time.
The beds sagged a bit, so not the most comfortable, but not terrible. The drapes aren't quite close enough to the window to block out the light at night (some hotels are much better at this). The bedroom had a small sink, which was convenient since the bathroom were shared. The bathroom cleanliness was so so. The showers were not inviting, as the grout was moldy, see pictures. I guess you get what you pay for.
