The room was clean and modern, and reasonably comfortable - bare floors, one hard chair, one comfortable chair. The fixtures are up to date and everything works. It's important to note, though, that their airport shuttle service is only one-way. You are on your own getting from the airport to the hotel: 1) a bus that runs every 2 hours at night, stops running about 10:30 and leaves you a 5-minute walk from the hotel; or 2) a taxi ride that costs $35-$40 U.S. In my view, this lapse in service is not acceptable.

convenient to airport; easy and efficient check-in. Had a problem with breakfast as booked with expectation of breakfast included but it wasn't. Desk staff checked with Expedia and the information that was given them was that it was not. Another couple checking out at the same time had the same experience with Expedia. Might want to check this out!

Free shuttle to the airport is a huge plus. Note-there is no shuttle option from the airport to the hotel. Just a 10 minute drive from the airport.

The rooms need maintenance. The bedside shelves are broken and some power outlets were damaged. The room was poorly lit. Check in and check out were extremely fast and easy.

The actual rooms were in wonderful condition however the outside conditions were in terrible shape with garbage littered, construction material laying around, etc as well as the inside front desk area was not clean and tidy as expected.

Hotel front entrance can use some repairs. Lobby is crowded, dark and unwelcoming. There’s only one elevator. Although our queen room is spacious, it is extremely dark and can use higher voltage lighting. The bathroom has minimal amenities. Missing are: Kleenex, wash cloths, conditioner, lotions, bath mat. The shower floor is extremely slippery and has no grab bars. Water can get out on the floor.
