Good hotel right by the water staff was helpful place was sparkling clean. Breakfast in the morning was exceptional and the view from the sky lounge where the breakfast is served is superb.

This property is clean, quiet and in an excellent location! Very enjoyable stay. Rooms are a good size however the bathroom (shower) is very small and when you shower water is all over the bathroom floor but overall everything is very good at this property.

My only issue was the parking. The hotel has parking for guests but did nothing about the unauthorized cars using the limited parking spaces. This was very annoying as street parking at the hotel was very very expensive

The hotel was very nice and maintained in spotless condition. The rooftop bar with its views of the water was amazing. The hotel staff were very friendly and the room was comfortable. The only negative feedback I can provide is that there was construction noise under our window and parking at the hotel was limited to four spots. Iceland is a beautiful country and Reykjavík is a charming town!

The Front Desk staff were excellent, maid service mediocre. The bathroom shower was absolutely ridiculous. The tap water had a rotten egg smell and taste. The location was ideal.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Great location ( a couple of minutes walk to 3 tour pick up bus stops) and the Reykjavik city center. Sky Bar on the 8th floor and the hotel spa were great. I would definitely stay here again
