No response when I emailed the hotel a question!

The stay in the hotel was fine, and the location was very good for our trip and planned activities. Unfortunately, I tied two times to contact the hotel after our checkout about a problem and they did not even give me the courtesy of a reply to my messages. Very disappointing.

Front desk staffs were too “cool”

Front desk staffs were not as cheerful as they should be, although they are little better than robots. I cannot blame them for no air conditioning but we needed to open the window to cool down a bit (at end of August) so the vehicle and machinery noise from outside disturbed our sleep.

Very noisy and quite hot because opening the window further increased noise from skate park and nightclubs which lasted until early in the morning. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean.

Great location, parking is offsite and cost money. TV kept dropping connection. Location is great and staff friendly. I stayed in room 235 and its right next to a main walkway which was noisy and music from a local bar was obvious.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay there. The location was very convenient, with easy access to transportation, food, and the pier. The windows offered a fantastic panoramic view of the city. Being in the center does make the place a bit noisy - during our stay, there was a biker gathering in the square in front of the hotel, with loud music and revving engines.
