I recommend this hotel. It is very well located to tourists activities in town and near one of the major tour bus hubs. Public transportation is very easy from this location.

Lovely hotel. Would Recommend.
The hotel is a little dated, but the cleanest and the staff made up for that. It is a perfectly occasion to access the shops and close to bus stops for all of the arranged trips. If I was staying in Reykjavíkagain, I would choose this hotel. We plan to come back in a few years and we will definitely stay here again, it met all of our needs.

I like the housekeeping girl so much. She cleans up my room according to my habit. I put towels on the desk to clean my hand then she put the towel on the desk for me. Very nice. I wanted to tip her before I left but I did not see her. Thanks. You are fantastic!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent! Super bummed they didn’t have laundry for guests, only laundry service that was $90 USD.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff at the front desk helped us find free parking for a car overnight. The view was great. The location was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was a little crowded and hard to get through but overall not terrible.

An excellent hotel! The location was incredible. Perfect walking distance to anywhere in the city and close to lots of bus stops for tour pickups. Very clean and tidy and the room was a really good size. Overall a lovely stay and would recommend to anyone needing a hotel in Iceland.

I stayed with a friend. The twin beds were comfortable, not too soft. Extremely clean and spacious. We were on the 8th floor and could see sunrise from the window. It would have been nice to have a sitting area instead of desk. Bathroom was typical. They included robes because it was the executive suite. Breakfast was good and convenient. No restaurant otherwise. I chose it for the convenient location. Easy walk to bus stop 1 for tours. Close walk to main areas. I would definitely stay again and recommend.

Was an amazing experience! The hotel is centered to everything, could see the whole town, could walk to everything. Taxis and busses right outside or a short walk. Everything was clean and the breakfast was fantastic. Would stay here again!

Everything was great! The hotel is in a great area close to many places for eating and shopping within walking distance or a short drive away. They allowed us to check in 4hrs early which was amazing since we came straight from the airport after an overnight flight. Staying again on our leg back.

Pleasant hotel
The room was nice, albeit a little dated. The bathroom was also nice but the drain in the floor was emitting a foul smell. This was raised with reception on the first day but nothing was done about it. Disappointed but as we were out of the room for 12+ hours a day, I wasn’t going to kick up a fuss

Our bathroom smelled funny from drains 21 out of 34 tv channels didnt work Nightclub accross street has ungodly noise till 3am Tour bus stop location is close but sucks as you are always last to be dropped off which easily adds 30 to 60 min to times Staff was friendly and nice and breakfast was delish
