Super simple check-in. Expedia needs to update the conformation procedures but overall just provide your name and host was able to find check-in number. The "pods" were accessible and surprisingly spacious. The host were kind and very knowledgeable. Recommend 100% and I hope City Hub expands into the United States. Great Company and stay all around.

The property was very clean. I was skeptical because of the price but it is exactly how it looks on the website. Its no frills in an upscale way. No private bathrooms but the toilet stalls and shower stalls are fully private and large. It’s like being at a spa. The rooms are functional (they seem to have thought of everything) and perfect for people with a lot of plans and only use the rooms for sleep. Great common area and self serve kitchen. The staff was superb. And as a woman alone I felt very safe.

For what it is, this is an incredible place. The technology is super cool, everything was really clean, including the shared bathrooms, and the bed was comfortable. For me, the lack of space and window made it pretty uncomfortable, and I wouldn't return. But for what it is, it is top of the line.

CityHub pods are great

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at CityHub. The installations are modern, the pods are nice and comfortable, the bathrooms and the lounge/kitchen area is clean. The staff is also super nice. The only downsides: hairdryer didn’t work on the 4th floor and was never fixed despite telling staff multiple times, pods can shake a bit when someone closes a door with force and toilet paper was often lacking in one or both of the toilets on our floor. But generally, for the price, we were really happy with our stay! We recommend going there.

The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was decent. Location was great. I just didn’t realise when booking- the toilet/bathroom space is shared and the beds are like bunk-beds- not much space in the room at all to even move around.

Overall a good experience! Hot tub is nice and the washrooms are good. Common kitchen is also good and if you are beginning your trip check out the free shelves in the fridge for supplies! Had a few hiccups figuring out the check-in but we eventually found the barcode we had to scan since the staff were unavailable when we arrived. Cozy room but enough space to open the suitcase! Beware that there is no onsite parking and you will need to walk from a free zone or research the parking zone system. It was a bit confusing for us as we couldn’t use the parking app.

It was an awesome experience staying there. I had one small concern — I wasn’t able to use Netflix on the TV through my phone due to region restrictions. It would be great if you could provide free Netflix access.
