Good!

Lication is good for early in the morning flight. Shuttle to Airport service was good! Food at Tokyo restaurant needs check up by Marriott, because of the Marriott image. No recommend Tokyo restaurant . Food and service both the worst.

The staff was great! We arrived early because we had just gotten off a cruise ship. They stored our luggage so we could do the things we had planned. Then we were able to check in a bit early since the room was ready.

Perfect for our overnight stay before cruising!!!

We had an overnight stay before our cruise in Iceland. This motel was convenient to the airport. Our flight landed early in the morning and the staff did everything possible to get us in our room as soon as possible so that we could rest. Very clean and staff was amazing! Highly recommend.

The check-in staff was very unprofessional, they put our family in the different floor even though both rooms were under the same reservation, when we questioned it, they tried to blame us not putting the request when we made the reservation.

What made me choose this property was the shuttle service to the airport terminal. However I come to find out it is only One Way, and not return from terminal. The airport is close, not close enough to walk with bags, but close enough that the airport taxis are not excactely thrilled at getting such a short fare.

When I booked this hotel I thought there was a shuttle FROM the airport. There is only a shuttle TO the airport in the morning. Very helpful friendly staff.

Nice hotel but problem about shuttle schedule

The staff was wonderful- friendly and very helpful. Quiet hotel with good sitting areas. Clean room. There is a Tokyo restaurant on site. It is not a part of the hotel but very convenient. Their service was outstanding when I visited them in the evening. Lots of food choices. I had lunch at another restaurant that is just steps away. The hotel is small and comfortable but in my opinion it is overpriced. Their coffee maker was strange and I had to call front desk for help to make coffee. Staff was always helpful. My only reason for giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is that they had listed Airport Transfer but there was no transfer from the airport. I had to take a taxi from the airport. I did get the shuttle next morning to the airport. The hotel had sent me a message the day before, explaining the shuttle schedule. Still they should have explained the limited schedule on hotels.com. A major reason for me to book this hotel was the airport transfer. Knowing the shuttle limitations before making reservations was important. Other than that it is a good hotel. I stayed there just one night to catch my flight next morning. I won’t mind staying there for two nights.
