Going from USA i was disappointed…We were 6 people and sofa bed didnt open first night my MIL had to sleep on my bed. Bunk beds were not very comfortable. Shower was clogged I informed them first day … no one came to fix it … last day it flooded in to the whole bathroom and all I got was extra towels. It was gross to use the bathroom with flooded floor. Location was amazing

This hotel was in a great location in the city. We could easily walk anywhere we wanted to go. The room was ok. The linens weren’t super clean but the beds were comfortable and the room was a good size. The biggest issue we had was the bathroom. The shower was very difficult to get so that it was not scolding hot or freezing cold. The drain was also very slow to drain so we had to space out our showers to avoid flooding the bathroom. The highlight of this hotel was the breakfast. They had a great variety of options and it was so good! I would return just for that.

The staff were extremely friendly and the room was as expected. The property is in a quiet area. The area is walkable and close to many tourist attractions. The breakfast buffet is good and convenient.

Water had a bit of a sulfur odour to it. Otherwise, everything was excellent but this was probably more of a city infrastructure issue, and not the hotel itself. Everything about the hotel itself was great!

Nice hotel but watch out for the shower

The hotel was really nice, close to the water, great breakfast and good sized room. My problem with it was the bathroom shower which got water all over the floor, like an inch of water. They had a squeegee to clean it up but after, the floor was still wet for the whole bathroom.

Underwhelming

I was underwhelmed by the hotel considering the price I paid. Our original room was old brown furniture that reminded me of a 1970s motel. We were upgraded after one night to a much bigger and brighter room that had much better facilities, but still disappointing considering the price

We had a great stay. The hotel was reasonable and the location awesome. Breakfast had many options, my super picky 10 years old found new things to try. On the negative side, the bathrooms are very tiny (shower where a grown up can barely turn) and they could be cleaner (e.g. the shower curtains should be replaced/washed for each guest - it was rather disgusting).
You can’t beat this view
