Staff is very friendly. At the moment we arrived, we were given all the details and information of the amenities and activities in the hotel. The room we got was impressive and we received all accommodations. Parking is close to the entrance and the food is very good.

The staff were fantastic especially the gentleman who checked us in and the barman, who dealt very well with some rude guests. Really enjoyed our meal in the hotel restaurant and cocktails, room was lovely too!

The lobby and restaurant are nice and the staff we met. The room is outdated and in need for repairing. The bed was not very good, hairdryer low in power, a noice during the night from heating system or somthing was disturbing.

Came here for our Honeymoon, stayed on the 12th floor with amazing views. There is a lovely cat named Dula that comes to visit the lobby, just snuggled the baby for hours while visiting and enjoying cocktails. The food in the restaurant makes your taste buds explode with happiness. 5 stars all around!

The staff could not have been nicer! So patient with us. We had purchased alcohol, duty free, at the airport, as advised. When we arrived our room refrigerator did not work. We discovered that there was NO ice machine in the hotel except at the bar. To ice our beer and drinks we had get it from the bar. The frig was never fixed but we were comped several meals at the restaurant. We were told we used more ice than the entire rest of the hotel. Ha Ha. As I said the entire staff was very nice and took care of us without complaint. Thank you.
