Friendly staff, excellent location, nice room. It’s missing furniture on the balcony to sit outside if you’d like to. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Loved the spa. Although the property is not at the center of the town, it is about 10 minutes walk to rainbow street and shopping/dinning area. We stayed in Iceland one night but will definitely go back.

We were given a lovely suite which was great for our needs as we had our adult daughter with us. We did have to change our last night but they were very good moving our luggage for us. Spa was nice. Bar area great. Parking was not explained properly by first clerk but the second one told us that we could park for free at the Whale Watching across the street which saved us a lot of money. Great location.

The front desk staff was exceptional in helping us. My husbands bag did not arrive and they answered any questions we had. Louisa was especially good to us. The rooms are somewhat dated. But the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Easy walking to everything even though not right downtown. Transportation for tours was very easy. It’s nice to have the bar and lounge and they do have happy hour 3-6. Overall our stay was very good and I would stay here again. The bakery on site is wonderful. We did have the breakfast buffet one day and it was ok. Dinner and our bar food were good.

This property was close to some grocery stores and the ship yard. Very walkable though not as convenient as near the church. For some reason check ins at this property seeemed to always involve a huge amount of ppl all at once, everyday in the afternoon. If you get there early, they only have limited locker space to hold luggage. Other thab that, it was a great property.

Quiet Clean Rooms, Great Food, and a Fantastic Spa

We had a wonderful stay. The subterranean spa was a highlight—especially the hot tub/sauna room with its rock skylight, which brought in fresh air and created a unique indoor/outdoor feel. With few people around, it felt very private, and aside from the geothermal pool, we found the spa experience even better than Blue Lagoon. Our room was clean, quiet, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The restaurant had only just opened a few days before our visit, yet the food was excellent and the atmosphere delightful. The building itself blends a modern aesthetic with a cozy, inviting vibe. Overall, we were very pleased and felt the stay was well worth the price.

Great location. 15 min.from the downtown. Excellent spa- highly recommend. Breakfast was kinda boring. Excellent coffee. The construction sites (both sides) makes it a little dusty and uncomfortable. I like it. And will stay again.
