Walkable to sites, shops, restaurants. Great breakfast buffet and very kind, helpful staff. We used the tiny gym one morning and there’s only room for two people at a time. No on site parking but we didn’t have trouble finding spots in nearby streets.

Staff is friendly and inviting. Rooms are clean and a good size. The beds are amazingly comfortable - even the roll away bed. The bathrooms are very roomy and comfortable - love the heated towel rack and the large tub. Location is great as you are close to everything in town. Breakfast buffet had great options. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

Front desk staff were always available and willing to help. We were able to check in early for an extra $30 fee which was much appreciated after an overnight flight. The bar area was welcoming with good drinks. We did order some food but could not recommend the restaurant. Location is very convenient to two bus stops for easy pick up for tours.

Very nice and clean hotel located very close to many shops and dining in Reykjavik. Standard room was quite spacious with a large bed (seemed larger than other hotels we stayed in Iceland). Staff was friendly, prompt, and helpful. Breakfast was ok to us, I saw many reviews hyping the breakfast but I didn't find it as spectacular as some other hotels I've stayed in (not many hot dishes, rather a wide variety of baked goods). If the breakfast is included in your rate, definitely go. Otherwise I wouldn't pay extra for breakfast, and instead go to one of the many cafes nearby. There is no on-site parking, but we were able to find plenty of street parking nearby. Specifically, look to park in the areas marked "P2" on the streets south of the hotel, as there is no max hours limit and parking is free between 9pm to 9am.

Great Location/Exceptional Hotel

Hotel stay was exceptional. The rooms are nice and clean. The bathrooms are nice and a good size. The location is Exceptional. One block from the City Hall meeting location for most Golden Circle and South coast tours. Breakfast is 5 star with many selections. Food hall and restaurants one block away. Great hotel. Will book again.
