I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is super convenient—an easy walk to many of the city’s main sights. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. But the standout was the breakfast buffet—honestly one of the best I’ve had at any hotel. Great variety, fresh options, and everything was delicious. Would absolutely stay here again!

The hotel was an easy five minute walk to the center of Reykjavík, sights, harbour, restaurants and shops, also importantly close to bus stops 1 and 2 for tours and 6 for hop on hop off bus. Hotel staff were friendly and efficient and room was kept clean and stocked with coffee!

We were unable to travel due to a valid passport which did not meet the requirement to enter Iceland within 90 days of of expiration. The hotel refused to provide a refund even though I called the hotel to cancel before the check-in time. I only requested 3 of the 4 nights to be refunded. Really shameful way to treat two senior, late seventies people.
