Will definitely be back!
Stayed here for 6 days with my 4 year old grandson and we had an amazing time. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. The breakfast buffet was great with Western options as well as Scandinavian and Continental. My grandson loved the waffle bar. The location was an easy distance to downtown and all of the tour operators we used as well as the Flybus do hotel pick ups and drop offs there right to the door.

competent, caring, warm, patient staff. (Best to call them directly rather than emailing for information/clarifications etc.) SATT restaurant on site quite marvelous. Breakfast, lunch, weekend brunch, and dinner buffets quite sumptuous. (Expensive, but all food in Iceland is.) A la carte available. Restaurant was very comfortable centerpoint of our activities there. Didn't explore spa until we were checking out and wish we had done so earlier (salt water pool, hot tub, sauna, and nice atmosphere just to lounge -- maybe $20/day extra? other spa services available for fee). We were there during winter, so took taxi (or else shuttle services from pre-purchased tours) everywhere. Taxis almost immediately available. Perlan museum is 5 minute drive away and extremely worthwhile experience orienting to the Icelandic geography/geology/history, many experiential exhibits, exquisitely designed with 360 degree panorama restaurant on top of museum.

The food was fantastic and very friendly staff. Public transport is limited and the hotel staff didn't have any knowledge about this, taxi to the centre £14 but we managed to work out the bus and the fare was 57p!! use the bus stop opposite the hotel no 5 drops off a few streets away from the Church and pick it back up by Chicken Wings facing East two streets down but the drivers are not friendly sadly..but the buses ran on time..

We spent two nights at Reykjavik Natura - Berjaya. The room was facing the airport, yet it was remarkably quiet. The room was not very large, but comfortable enough for two people. The beds were comfortable and warm. Room and bathroom were very clean. The room was equipped with hair dryer, safe, and an iron. The hair products and shower gel were L'occitane Verbena. - my personal favorite. There is a restaurant on the premises with exquisite food selections.

the room was nice very quiet and relaxing. thought they should have an ala cart breakfast lunch and dinner. they had a buffet and the cost was for the same food it cost anywhere from 40 to 100 us dollars per person. i thought that was over priced. it was a great experience very cold but then again it was iceland. the only food they offered was the buffet and i cant eat 40 to 100 dollars worth of food and to have the same buffet and charge different prices i thought was crazy

We recently stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel was very nice, very clean. I was glad that we had a radiator in our room to dry our wet clothes as the weather wasn't great. The housekeeping would come in every day to change the bedding and towels, however there was an option to skip this for money off in the restaurant which I felt was a nice touch. There was also plenty of parking and car charging points. Realistically, you will need a car to get to the restaurants in town as the hotel is sort of on the edge of town, however this was not an issue for us as we hired a car. The only down side I can think of is that the restaurant in the hotel is very very expensive. On our first day, we did not want to go into town for food as we were tired but the buffet was £57 each so we ended up driving into town and getting pizza for £15 each instead. Also please note that the wardrobes are sort of hidden in the walls. We did not notice until our last day that there were wardrobes with bath robes, an iron and mini fridge!

We were disappointed at the way we were treated at reception. Not very friendly and could have helped suggesting activities, selling their services on site but we had no information and had to figure it out. Our room was mixed up and we had to change, then the sink was leaking. The only perk and was amazing was the Spa.

The hotel was in walking distance of the city Centre (20min) and walking distance to Perlan (8min) it was quiet which was a surprise to me being next to the Airport. Plenty of parking spaces and easy driving to and from the area.

The common spaces and spa were beautiful. The rooms needed more care and better mattresses. Literally the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on. The staff were very friendly and did try to be accommodating. The food in the restaurant was majority buffet, expensive, and not good. The hotel is located very close to many attractions and has free parking. We used the spa services while at the hotel. They were fantastic! They do charge to use the pool and hot tub which was a first for us about $30 per person each day. So many positives but also a few hard negatives.

About a mile from downtown and half mile from the Perla. In a more residential area, so very quiet. Rooms were nice and near the main bus station. Good hot breakfast available.
