Beautiful little inn!
We wish we had a longer stay. It was beautiful and quiet with kind staff. It’s near a museum and another restaurant at the lighthouse. They offered packed food for the early morning flight we had booked!

This was my favourite hotel from my Iceland trip. Lighthouse Inn has amazing staff, it’s clean and quiet, the location is incredible and scenic, the hotel and the rooms are beautiful. It was overall the best hotel experience I’ve had in Iceland (I stayed at six different locations around the country). I will definitely stay here again when I return to Iceland. 5/5

The staff were so friendly and helpful especially as we waiting for the Aurora Borealis. We had an early flight so they even made up to go bags of food we could take with us so we didn't miss out on breakfast.

I accidentally booked the wrong dates due to a near-midnight flight. When we arrived, the hotel was fully booked, but an off-duty staff member went above and beyond to help us. They found a spare room so we could sleep and wash up for the night. They were also concerned we might get the dates wrong for other hotels we had for the rest of the trip. That's when I know they truly cared for guests. The room's furnishings were top-notch, with an all-wood design that felt like a cozy ski cabin. Very good sound proofing. Breakfast was homely and fabulous. Truly grateful for their kindness and quick thinking. Saved our trip! Would totally recommend this unique place

I paid for an ocean view and didn't receive the accommodation. My room was clean however I did not get prefer for the view and I was very disappointed. I wont recommend this hotel for anyone with specific expectations especially with traveling to Iceland.

What an amazing find. Beautiful location next to the lighthouse. Friendly and accommodating staff that made sure we saw the Aurora borealis that was just beautiful. The breakfast was also just wonderful with a selection of items that anyone could find something delicious to eat. My only regret is that we stayed one night and the next two following nights were going to offer just as stunning Nothern Lights. I will be back!

This was a lovely hotel, nice and close to Keflavik airport, yet on a peninsula that felt secluded and was walking distance from a beach and a lighthouse. The room was comfortable, and the restaurant had a nice selection of menu choices. Breakfast was good. If I get to return to Iceland, I would stay here again.

This property is conveniently located not too far from the international airport and is why I picked it for our last day in Iceland. Was extremely pleased with the area and allowed us to walk on. Very nice sidewalk to get to the lighthouse is also very easy to drive to other locations on the peninsula to explore and do some hiking, it wasn’t too far from Reykjavík if you wanted to go into the city, but we decided that we preferred the quiet life and stayed in this area. The end has a wonderful restaurant and is also one that is a short walking distance and close to the lighthouse. We had the opportunity to see the northern lights at this Inn. The receptionist knocked on our doors when the northern lights were going on in our last night and this was very helpful so that we could catch them one more time before we left. They also had a breakfast buffet, which was also very good is a very comfortable pleasant and gives you the option to not be in a very busy area but close to the airport.

Excellent place to stay close to the airport - just 15 minutes away by car. We stayed here on our first and last night in Iceland. Be sure to visit the lighthouse!

We had an amazing stay at the Lighthouse Hotel. The room was large and comfortable for three of us. The restaurant was lovely and they had a great breakfast that was included in our stay. They knocked on our doors in the evening when we could see the northern lights. They even made us sandwiches when we had to leave early before the breakfast buffet opened. We would most definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved the location of the Lighthouse Inn. Situated right on the Atlantic ocean and we were lucky enough to see a great northern lights show. Breakfast was outstanding and it is situated close enough to both the airport and the blue lagoon.

Much better than the standard airport hotel.
We chose the lighthouse because we needed to stay near the airport and we retained our hire car. This place was great, the location near the coast is lovely for an evening walk and beats standard airport hotels by miles. Our room was large and comfortable, check-in was friendly and breakfast was great. Great value for money, we'll stay here again.
