Brilliant self service check in and out. Door code for main entry and to room. Very secure and safe. Amazing breakfast. The oatbars were unreal! Would stay here again.

1. Very good location to join all kinds of Local Tour. 2. Possible to early checkin without extra cost. 3. Very good International Breakfast before you go for Glacier Hike etc. Only problem are the stairs at Entrance...Not easy to take 30in luggage up to the entrance

This property is a no-on-site-reception hotel. You will get an email with a code to open your room, but will not talk to a person when you arrive. That said, the room was very clean and fairly updated. It is a close walk to the bus stop, several grocery stores, KFC and Subway. If you want to get to city center it would be better to take the bus, as it would be abotu a 50 minute walk. But a nice hotel, good breakfast, has a foosball table that the kids enjoyed.

This hotel was great value for money - out of the busy city centre but easily connected by bus (about 10-15 mins). Most of the main tours did hotel pickups from here so if you are planning on using day trips, its very practical. Breakfast was excellent.

The self check in was easy. The property was clean, quiet and it was easy to catch a bus into the city center. Breakfast was excellent, a very good selection of food. The staff were very friendly, especially in the bar.

The property was clean. The self check in process was smooth, using a code instead of a keycard was very convenient. The underground parking was a great feature, especially since we had a rental car. The breakfast offered a good variety and was delicious. The room was small and the temperature control was an issue. The bathroom was clean. The room was very limited, a bed, side table and hangers for our coats. Overall the property was a good place if you are just looking to sleep. The options outside the property were limited and it was too far from the heart of downtown to be walkable.

Was disappointed in the size of the room and the amenities of the room. I was under the impression there would be a microwave and a refrigerator and yet there were none. Additionally, a satellite TV service was faulty at best and continue to cut out throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet, however, was wonderful. Well stocked and a lot of different types of food. And the hotel was very clean and quiet.
