I was charged the full two night stay at check in on a pre paid stay thru Expedia. Front desk clerk explained it was for incidentals yet needed my card a second time for an additional $50 incidental charge. When questioned I was told the $429 first charge was just a “hold” and would be credited when I checked out. Why? The stay was already paid for, in full. Then our door cards were disabled 45 minutes before check out making it difficult to load our belongings as we had to return to the desk between loads. With each inquiry or contact with the front desk staff were very aloof with no apologies or concerns for the impositions to the guest. It appeared several guests approached the front desk to have their keys reactivated prior to checkout. The suite was clean, well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. We would stay again only if I find the extra two night charge is credited, as promised. The front desk staff needs to pay more attention to detail.
