The room was in need of an update. The beds were ok. But they used to much scented spray or scented cleaning products. My allergies really kicked in. I got a sore throat and headache from the smells.

The bathroom sinks drain was slow draining. The showers grout and walls were showing rust and mildew. The light fixture in the bathroom was about to fall off. The bed spread had a stain. The carpet in the hallway needed cleaning. The door to the parking lot should have automatically locked when it closed for security but didn’t. If I was staying longer I would have asked for a different room. Stayed one night.

Great stay at a great price!

Great hotel stay in Rhinelander! The hotel room was exceptionally clean and the family restaurant across the street was great also! The only thing that could be improved is the parking lot lighting because its very dark.

Everything inside was amazing. Best Quality inn ive stayed at in a long time except for the parking lot. Could definitely use a resurface. Regardless i definitely will stay again.

The cost was absolutely ridiculous for the "quality" of the place. Wall paper was coming off the wall, shower head had black mold or residue in it, carpet was discussing, half of gym equipment was broken, hot tub out of order, pool had darker brown stains on bottom floor of pool. The lighting in the hallway was sketch because everything was dark. The only thing that stood out was the breakfast.

Over all it was a good stay. The room was nice. It was clean. Maintenance of the room was good. Didn’t have much to offer for breakfast. The muffins were terrible dry. The coffee didn’t have much flavor. At entrance #2 the outside door could just be pulled open. It never locked. That is very bad for security.
