It had the service and amenities of a nice hotel but the room was more like a one bedroom apartment. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would stay here again!

The wifi was quite unreliable. When it worked, it worked well though. A change in the wifi login was not communicated by the hotel.

estadia foi tranquila, porem o banheiro é muito antigo e as torneiras duras e vazando agua. colchão da cama quarto 1044 muito ruim, antigo, horrivel para a coluna. Localização excelente porque fica bem perto da catedral e centro comercial. Onibus de facil acesso para campus da usp e rodoviária. café da manha muito farto. piscina estava suja nas bordas e há poucos pesos na academia.

Passei uma semana com minha mãe (pós operatório) em Ribeirão neste flat!!! Foi excelente!!! A cordialidade dos funcionários é o grande destaque! Café da manhã completo e gostoso. Apesar de ter arquitetura e infraestrutura mais antiga é super confortável, limpo e atendeu todas as minhas necessidades. Voltarei com certeza.
