Great stay in Ribeirao Preto
The hotel was very clean and modern and the staff was very friendly. If you stay at the budget side - it is just that - it will be a smaller room - but it was everything I needed for my stay. The breakfast was very good and it has a great location next to Shopping Iguatemi which has very good restaurants and any type of store you need.

Considere que é o Budget é realmente Budget! Não tem shampoo no banheiro, a agua do chuveiro não esquenta direito. Lençol com uma parte suja, cortina suja e encontrei duas baratas na estadia, uma no corredor dos elevadores e uma no quarto. O atendimento é bom, mas parece que não tem funcionário quando você precisa encontrar um (para comprar uma comida ou no café da manhã). Não acho que a pouca diferença de preço valha a pena. Infelizmente não encontrei o padrão de atendimento que esperava

Depois de um dia longo de trabalho sob o sol escaldante de 43º cheguei na recepção para o checkin morrendo de sede e a recepcionista, alem de ficar conversando com o colega do lado não ofereceu a mim nenhuma água ou café (uma cortesia de qq atendimento). Por ser minha 1ª vez no hotel, deveria ter sido orientado em como usar o elevador pois demorei para entender que deveria passar o cartão no leitor dentro do elevador para liberar (a atendente deveria ter me acompanhado) apesar do texto fixado dentro do elevador...Fui orientado por outro hóspede (isso me deixou envergonhado) Cheguei no quarto ainda com muita sede mas achando que haveria ao menos UMA garrafa de água no frigobar, mas NADA...uma garrafinha custa uns R$ 2,00 e esse custo poderia (ou já está) embutido na locação da hospedagem, mas para a minha negativa surpresa, NÃO HAVIA NENHUMA GARRAFA. Diante do MEGA calor e sede secando minha garganta, tive de descer até o shopping Iguatemi para comprar minha água.... Não é pela questão do dinheiro, mas pela comodidade que não foi pensada a fim de o hotel economizar míseros trocados. Banho tomado, hora de relaxar um pouco, mas a cama está com sua estrutura mole pois a cama sacudia quando eu me movimentava sobre ela parecia que os pés iriam quebrar. No café da manhã faltou sachês de açúcar e não tinha UM FUNCIONÁRIO perto eu pedir, tive de ir até a recepção pedir que trouxessem. Uma experiência pouco agradável...
