The hotel is located in the city center, facility is old, the bathroom door is very noisy. Limited resources, they couldn't lend a hairdryer. And when they could there was nobody that could bring it to the room. Lifts take ages to come. The staff on the other hand, do the best to assist you with what they have. The breakfast was good and professional.

Monreale is an old but well-maintained hotel. The staff is very polite and helpful. Breakfast is not the best but it’s worth it for the price I’ve paid. Location is amazing but it takes forever to get your car from the valet parking.

The hotel shows its age all over the place, the air conditioner is noisy and the bathroom should be maintained better to look as the other hotels from the brand Monreale. The breakfast buffet was very good for the hotel price, and the front desk service was effective (fast check in).

Atendimento de qualidade, super atenciosos com seus hóspedes. Pelo fato do prédio ser antigo, os quartos também mantém alguns detalhes de avarias devido ao tempo, mas nada que isso pode tornar a experiência ruim/péssima, muito pelo contrário esse fator não foi problema algum, cama e acomodação muito confortáveis atendendo as nossas necessidades.

A acomodação é boa, no entanto percebi que ao chegar em casa havia esquecido meu carregador de telefone. No momento da checagem do quarto eu ainda estava no saguão do hotel e fiquei por muito tempo, mas não me informaram sobre o esquecimento. No mais, café da manhã de qualidade é bom atendimento.

Experiência ruim, funcionários da porta eram desorganizados,estacionamento pago era 16 reais por DIA e ficava a duas quadras de distância demorando em media 15 minutos pra buscar o carro. Mandei passar minha calca queimaram minha calca e ainda nao me reembolsaram o custo! Cafe da manha GELADO! Meu banheiro estava entupido o ralo do box ! Um NOJO! Tive que acertar tudo na entrada nao deixaram eu acertar no checkout e na hora do checkout me cobraram tudo o que ja tinham cobrado no checkin! Nao recomendo!!!
