The first room was filthy tub was dirty, ice machine did not work, no soda in machines, we booked for 2 different days, as we were going on a trip. We came back on the 9th, was to be picked up at the airport, did not see anyone, called back and was told "well you were a no show, so I left." WHAT! We just told him to pick us up, plane landed at 11:30, got picked up at 1 am. The clerk on duty gave us a key for room 114, great except we could not get in after a lot of tries, now I am pissed, sent my wife to get another key, then the door to the room opened, and a pissed off woman wanted to know what I wanted! The room was occupied, I woke them up! It is now 1:29 am.....finally got a room next to them. breakfast was until 9:30, got there at 9 am. No eggs, potatoes, etc. only waffles. The water fountain in the LOBBY did not work either, so no water.The place is a joke, will never stay there again. Should have demanded my money back.....STAY AWAY!

We just stayed to sleep before an early morning flight so my expectations weren’t very high but this place was much more run down and dirty than I expected. Mold in the shower, stuff not wiped on the bathroom wall, and paint cracking everywhere. The sheets were clean and it was quiet. The gentleman checking us in asked if I would mind having just a king bed which wasn’t going to work for our family of 4, he did “move things around” to get us two doubles so maybe this was a room set for remodel. They were actively painting and remodeling the main floor. It also reeked of weed in the main lobby when I checked in.

Every encounter with the employees from nadod to Mike was very good. Strange to see so much construction and work being done at the moment.. but I'm sure it'll make it a much better place down the road. Very thankful for the transportation and great breakfast.

I was appalled at the condition of this facility. I’m pretty certain there is subsidized housing going on given the varied clientele observed …there was trash (ie piles of cardboard boxes) in the common area outside of the elevators (only 1/2 worked). Outside the facility didn’t look bad and it is well lighted. I also found the staff to be pleasant and friendly. I would not ever at here again.

Don’t do it.

Room reeked of marijuana. Desk gave us sheets to change our own beds, and air freshener. Bathroom walls had dirt stains everywhere and moldy toothpaste in the sink. Will never stay here again! Or any Best Western.
