The owner is fabulous, with great advice on restaurants, things to do etc. The evening happy hour is a very nice perk. The inn is beautifully appointed. This is our second visit to the inn and we will be back again.

A quaint little BnB with great generous breakfasts and great location. The recommendations for food places were on point. This is a foodies haven of like minded people in a quality but affordable place.

We liked everything about The Boulevard Inn. The location was excellent. We enjoyed being able to walk to Cary Town as well as several outstanding museums in the area. The Inn is located in the neighborhood of many beautiful older homes which we found to be very interesting as we explored this part of historic Richmond. The staff at the Inn were extremely friendly and helpful providing information about the neighborhood. The breakfast was wonderful as well as unique each day. You could tell that everything that was served was fresh as well as delicious. Our room was not only clean and spacious with every convenience available for our comfort. It was also charming and welcoming. We definitely recommend The Boulevard Inn for your next stay in Richmond, VA

What a lovely gem of a boutique inn! Conveniently located to shops, restaurants, the VMFA and one of the prettiest neighborhoods in Richmond. This place exudes southern hospitality and charm. Amazing wine and cheese, amazing breakfast, and just amazing all around. We will be back!

This hotel is stellar! The house is beautiful. The rooms are so well decorated. High end toiletries in the bathrooms and fluffy pillows on the beds. The common areas like the lobby and dining areas are so inviting and relaxing. Upstairs there’s a gorgeous library where you can spend hours and hours. Ronni was a delight. Even though he was so busy he didn’t just check us in, he gave us the grand tour of the building and made us feel so welcome. Jeffrey was also a delight. He had so many stories to tell about Richmond’s history and wonderful recommendations for sites and local food. We are definitely going back again next year for our anniversary. We absolutely loved it.

It has all the charm of an old Bed & Breakfast but the luxury of everything being new in the last few years. The library was great for sitting and talking with our friends and the great wine & cheese happy hour was delightful! Fresh pastries and hot casserole with amazing coffee for breakfast makes this a great choice!

Beautiful property, walking distance to the museums. Wonderful hosts , absolutely lovely time during the vine hour ( vine and charcuterie board were complimentary) , breakfast was also included, but we were checking out really early (before 6 am) so weren’t able to enjoy it , but we been giving a package with baked goods and fruits for the road which was such a nice touch and greatly appreciated !
